If you use the savings estimate and choose to request a verified number, we collect the contact details you provide — your name, work email, and company — along with the non-sensitive inputs you entered into the estimate (such as employee count, funding type, an approximate per-employee cost, and an optional industry). We do not collect employee census, claims, health, or other sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use this information solely to follow up with you about a benefits benchmarking conversation and your potential savings. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate this site and our outreach, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
How it's stored
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in our cloud environment (Google Cloud / Firebase) with access restricted to authorized SilverStone personnel. We retain this information only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses minimal cookies. It loads web fonts from Google, which may involve a request to Google's servers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
